TCI 710 H.D.

PROCESS IDENTIFIER : LIQUID BRUSHLESS VEHICLE WASH CONCENTRATE

PRODUCT PRESENTATION: TCI 710 H.D. features a new "BRUSHLESS CONCEPT" in the form of a super concentrated "GREEN" liquid formulation that combines the cleaning ability of biodegradable detergents, environ mentally friendly sequestering agents and grease cutting alkalis. Designed with "PHOSPHATE FREE " chemistry. The water adjustable concentration strength is based on the degree of soil complexity encountered in the transportation industry (TRAINS, TRUCKS & TRAilERS, UTILITY TRUCKS, AIRCRAFT, SHIPS & BOATS, AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT, BUSES, RV'S , CARS AND VANS) at ambient temperatures. Safe on all common surfaces when used according to directions.

PROCESS PRESENTATION: TCI 710 H.D. is designed for brushless vehicle washing when applied with the MANUFACTURER'S approved CHEMICAL PROPOR TIONER APPLICATOR SYSTEM (SEE BROCHURE) and sprayed as a light mist directly from the mixing tank onto the surface to be cleaned. The preportioned solution breaks the soil matrix quickly which is then affected by a high pressure (2000 3000 psi) cold water rinse. TCI710 H.D. is ideal for removing heavy encrustation of bugs and road film with ease, lime dust & oxides from all surfaces sensitive to acid type cleaning solutions, oil & grease including mud and grime. The chemical solution rinses freely and is thus harmless to aluminum articles and paint over time. This formulation improves light reflectivity by leaving a rich luxurious sheen behind.

PROCESS SPECIFICITY: PREMIX 5 - 20 L OF TCI710 H.D. CONCENTRATE TO 200 -180 L OF WATER DEPENDING ON SOIL COMPLEXIlY AND ACCUMULATED BUILDUP. The process can be implemented for cleaning all types of painted surfaces, chrome, ferrous and nonferrous metals (steel and copper), white metals (aluminum and magnesium) where daily or weekly maintenance will not tarnish or dull wheels, fuel tanks, bodies, stainless steel or truck accessories. Enormous time and labor savings are realized when the surface is rinsed with cold soft to medium hard water at 4 gpm and 2000 - 3000 psi.

PRODUCT SAFETY: ACCORDING TO GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS (W.H.M.I.S.) READ MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS BEFORE USING ANY CHEMICAL PRODUCT. Contains mild alkalies and biodegradable surfactants. Do not take internally. If splashed on skin, flush thoroughly with water. Avoid prolonged skin contact. If splashed in eyes, flush thoroughly with water and call physician immedi ately. Keep out of reach of children. FOR INDUSTRIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL USE ONLY.

TCI 503 H.D.

PROCESS IDENTIFIER : NON-ETCHING BRUSHLESS ALUMINUM CLEANER / POLISHING AGENT

PRODUCT PRESENTATION: TCI 503 H.D. is a ready to use complex liquid formulation of environmentally friendly dilute acids with unique biodegradable surface active agents. It is designed for the retention and restoration of high optical reflectivity on polished aluminum, hard chrome and stainless steel surfaces. Surfaces previously dulled by etching must be cleaned with TCI 503 H.D. first, then buffed to regain and maintain high optical reflectivity.

PROCESS INTRODUCTION: TCI 503 H.D. formula is designed to effectively remove residual dirt, oils, road film, black welding and diesel soot, corrosion, oxide film, design marker and microscopic projections from polished rolled and extruded aluminum surfaces without "WHITE" etching or pitting. Depending on climatic conditions, this process can be used as required. To prevent irreversible damage by harsh cleaning products, we recommend the TCI 710 H.D. BRUSHLESS product.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :

THIS PROCEDURE IS FOR TRAINED PERSONNEL ONLY

To start operation, set up the ''CHEMICAL APPLICATOR SYSTEM" and regulate the air pressure to 340-400 kPa (50-60 psi). The pump will operate automatically by starting and stopping the flow on demand at the wand. HOT WEATHER PRECAUTION ONLY: Do not spray TCI 503 H.D. directly onto a hot meta! surface since it wi!! alter the chemistry resulting in staining. Walk around the whole unit being treated and thoroughly cool and wet the entire surface on a hot sunny day. The best time is early in the morning or evenings. Spray the chemical solution directly from the drum onto the metal surface and have the PRESSURE WASHER ready for rinsing. Apply the chemical solution as a spray to a 1-2 metre section of the units body starting from the bottom and working up. Assure complete thin film coverage. Once the application is complete, allow approximately a 1-3 min chemical exposure time. Exposure time is directly proportional to soil thickness. Brushing is optional. Rinse the section with high pressure water starting at the bottom and consistently moving with a 10 cm fan or less in a horizontal pattern until the top is reached. Then rinse all residual chemical solution thoroughly from the surface working from the top down. Be sure to always rinse the chemical solution overspray from other sections in the same fashion. Special cautions apply to the bulk carriers because of their rounded lops. When the entire unit is complete, a final water rinse and flush will assure no residual chemical activity on the aluminum surface.

PRECAUTIONARY NOTE: Insufficient rinsing may result in streaks as the surface dries. (ie. trapped chemical) This precaution only applies to rolled aluminum and not to extrusions or sheeting on newly fabricated units. Since no brushing is required, be consistent with wand pattern. For extra pride, chamois surface dry. This chemical treatment procedure passi fies aluminum metal surfaces and inhibits against corrosion. As the new aluminum surface is now exposed to the air it will form a natural aluminum oxide film protecting it against pit corrosion. Accessories on finished products, such as light assemblies, reflectors, glass & mirrors, plastics, brass, stainless steel, hard chrome, decals, logos, wood, tarps, mud flaps or rubber tires are not altered or defaced by this chemical solu tion when used according to directions.

WASTE DISPOSAL: The cleaning procedure may generate a hazardous industrial waste. Comply with EPA's Federal, Provincial, State and local regulations.

PROCESS SPECIFICITY : The cleaning ability of this product is restricted to quality rolled or extruded primary aluminum articles. TCI 503 H.D. is applied as a light mist to the surface to be cleaned using the MANUFACTURER'S approved CHEMICAL APPLICATOR SYSTEM (See Brochure) and rinsed with a HIGH PRESSURE COLD WATER WASHER operating at > 20 000 kPa @ 15 L I min (2800 psi @ 4 gall min). This product is designed for cleaning manufactured products e.g. HORSE TRAILERS, RECYCLING TRUCKS, FEED CARRIERS, SEMI DUMPS, BULK CARRIERS (MILK, FLOUR, CEMENT, PETROLEUM etc.), CATTLE POTS, CARGO VANS and their WHEELS and FUEL TANKS at the manufacturers and the maintenance level of the owner or fleet operators facility.

TCI 101 H.D.

PROCESS IDENTIFIER : BIODEGRADABLE SOLVENT DEGREASER

PRODUCT PRESENTATION: TCI 101 H.D. is a ready to use, high flash point, non-corrosive liquid formula incorporating natural orange extract hydrocarbon solvents, biodegradable detergents and emulisfiers for broad spectrum degreasing of all types of metal and non-metal surfaces. It quickly penetrates the organic / aqueous soil structure and breaks it up into emulsifiable particles for easy rinsing with hot or cold water ..

PROCESS INTRODUCTION: TCI101 H.D. is designed for brushless degreasing when applied with the MANUFACTURER'S approved CHEMICAL APPLICATOR MANIFOLD SYSTEM (SEE "CHEMICAL APPLICATOR" Button). Spray a light mist directly from the shipping container onto the surface to be cleaned. A cold water high pressure (1500 3000 psi) rinse of the dissolved soil matrix assures film free results even in critical locations. TCI101 H.D. is a gentle, fast, efficient and very powerful solvent for oil-grease-tar-bitumen emulsification. The chemical solution rinses film free thus rendering the exposed surfaces passified against chemical deterioration. This formulation demonstrates a greater degree of personal safety and is superior in cleaning performance to varsol and alkaline degreasers.

PROCESS SPECIFICITY : TCI 101 H.D. may be applied in the INDUSTRIAL SETTING, AVIATION, AGRICULTURAL and AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY on equipment, where oil, grease, varnish, bituminous deposits (ie. tar & asphalt), baked-on hydrocarbons and exhaust soot (ie. diesel edge) are a cleaning problem. In the construction industry, it will remove wet oil and latex paint from brushes, trays and rollers; remove oil stains from concrete garage floors and interlocking brick drive ways; bituminum deposits from aluminum siding, brick, stone and concrete. Some applications require hand / brush agitation. Wipe with a wet rag or simply rinse by mechanical water spray. Pre-test on painted surfaces before use ie. graphics. The overall versatility means enormous time and labor savings. TCI 101 H.D. is known as a solvent emulsion cleaner. It may be used in immersion or wipe on/off cleaning methods. A final wipe with a wet (water) rag will result in a film free surface (paint & metals) without flash-rusting. This cleaning method is superior to lacquer thinners or chlorinated solvent cleaning because it doesn't just move the dirt around it removes it. Ferrous metal, spray painted after this procedure resulted in virtual elimination of fish-eyes. Even parts prone to rusting, rinsed in the hot water for fast drying showed no sign of flash-rusting.
